Transcript for "Moby Deep Dives with Aj: Meta for Media Buying":
Alright. What's up, everybody? Looks like we have a bunch of people rolling in right now. As people start to roll in too, let us know where you're coming in from. We love to see that. But, AJ should be here in a minute as well. We have a we have an action packed session for today. Oh, we have London, Carlsbad. Alright. Awesome. We we have an action packed session for today. This one's gonna be fun. We're gonna kick it off with, AJ and and Joel from our team. Both of them were media buyers in their past. They're gonna share some really fun use cases and ways that they're using Mobi, in ways that they use Mobi with customers. And then, actually, about fifteen minutes into it too, we're gonna be joined by, a customer, one of our power users for Mobi, Brian from Legend. He's gonna talk about all the ways he's using Mobi. What's up, AJ? Good. Good. What's going on? Here, Joel. We can you can come on stage to Joel now. But yeah. So we're gonna we're gonna just talk through some awesome cool use cases and stuff around Mobi for the first fifteen minutes, and then the the real fun will happen when, when one of our customers comes on and we get to have a fun conversation with him all around Moby. And, yes, Sofia, the recording will be sent. Yeah. We'll we'll make sure to send the recording to everyone after every live session so you'll have that. Alright. Sweet. With that, Joel, do you wanna kick us off and just share some fun, quick, use cases and prompts that you've been doing with Mobi? Absolutely. Yeah. Let's, let's get some quick hits in. I'll go ahead and share my screen. And, yeah, for everyone's context, like Ethan said, I'm working with a lot of brands, using Mobi for media buying, tons of different use cases, every single day. These are some of the ones that I I think have been the most interesting, for media buying specifically. So, the first one I wanna show here, this is leveraging our Google, Google Suite connectors. So you can connect, if you weren't aware, by clicking the plus icon and then customize Mobi. You go to the Mobi connectors section here and connect things like Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs, get all that visibility into where you likely store, you know, all of your files already, and then do cool things like tell Mobi dynamically to reference a Google Sheet and then create a pacing dashboard based off of it. So I have this example p and l here, which has, like, Google Ads, Meta Ads, advertising, budgets for each month of the year. I tell Mobi to make a pacing dashboard for Google and Meta. And then pretty quickly with just some back and forth prompting, we get this output here that in real time is going to scan your Google Sheets data, look for what the budgets are in it, make any updates. If they're adjusted in the Google Sheet, it's gonna recognize those updates, and then put this in a real working dashboard. So give it a second to load here as it refreshes the data. This is also a great example, again, of making apps with Mobi, so things that have live data and not static data. This is using live data combined from triple whale's data tables, your ad spend, obviously, and then combining it with this outside external source like a Google Sheet. And so I know that, like, these type of viewpoints are view are gonna be helpful to basically every media buyer, that's working. I was formerly a media buyer. I would spend a lot of time working on, like, looking at pacing viewpoints like this. But the fact that you can fully customize it, have a deep dynamic, and then also layer on top of that some, like, reasoning and some analysis and give you, not only, like, that you are over pacing, for example, but where you are over pacing and what its recommended actions are to adjust for that, very helpful. I see a lot of brands, set up reports like, this. just just to be clear, so so the Google the Google Doc, the Google Sheet, how is that getting populated? So this is in theory something that, like, for this use case, this would be, like, your business overall aligns on your 2026 forecast or your 2027 metrics. Like, again, every brand's gonna have a document like this where you have your high level targets, your high level budgets. And so that's something that, like, a brand would set up themselves, but then you can use that information to. populate So so. so a cool thing that I I met a customer, yesterday about is, like, this sheet can also be populated by Mobi on automation. So you can actually, like I mean, some of this, you're gonna put in yourself, like, your targets most probably. But, like, Yeah. all the raw data so you can have raw data going from triple from Mobi into the sheet and then the sheet back into Mobi to build that pacing doc, which basically means you can build infinitely customizable viewpoints on how to run your paid. Joel, when I was running paid, we were a lot less sophisticated than having this. But, actually, no. I I was the guy filling in the sheet, but then I didn't have a pacing thing. We were just, like, YOLO ing how the meta spend went. But most brands that we work with that are successful do have a pacing doc, and they're pacing towards something. And I don't think there's a good place in Triple Whale to to do that right now, and this is a beautiful way to do it. Mhmm. That was a great use case. You could also save this, right, and then have this on your side on your side menu. Right? So, like, this is an important note. Yeah. Absolutely. So you have the options with any Mobi generated app, which, again, an app is something with, like, dynamically pulling in data. You can save it to the library that's accessible here, or you can save it to a workspace, like any workspace, but let's save it to this one as an example. Commercial. And so then now this is available as a you know, again, you can go into the dashboard from here. So, Yeah. makes it a lot easier. Again, like, if you're it's a viewpoint you're going back to all the time. Just save it on the sidebar here, library workspace, and then it's easily accessible. Yeah. Also, one more tip about this. If, let's say, this budget pacing is not real time, say it's just, like, yep, from yesterday on, you can easily have Moby load this in the morning for you. And then so you come in and actually, the data's loaded so it doesn't have to load every single time from the Google Sheet fresh. Mhmm. So there are ways to speed up the experience as well once you work with the complex engineering team. Absolutely. Cool. Well, we'll we'll go through some other, like, quick hitter prompts real quick, and then we'll move on to, the customer examples and use cases specifically. So a couple other examples I just wanna show. Some of the simple, like, daily automate auto combined automations and optimizations there. The automations you can set up to optimize your ad account following specific thresholds that you set. So this one, for example, is a reoccurring automation that looks at the meta ads account daily to identify ads with spend greater than $200 and a ROAS below $1, and then or and a ROAS below one x, and then queues up actions from Triple Whale directly to pause, the ads that meet that criteria. So this is just one, like, very simple example of, like, the rules based thresholds and automations you can set up with TripAware, but it's pretty powerful that it's able to scan your account on a reoccurring basis as often as you want it to, put these things front and center for you to act on, pause them in this case, and then, you know, not have to do any of that manual digging yourself. So big efficiency gain. Next prompt. So I wanted to cover a couple of Google and Meta use cases real quick. Let me retract this just so that this is not cluttering up the screen. This is an example. So a lot of times I talk with customers, and the hardest part about getting something set up with Mobi is talent like, thinking of what to tell Mobi in the first place and how to prompt. And it's it can be overwhelming to insert into Mobi, for example, how to manage a Google Ads account. And so, one thing that I like to recommend to customers is you don't need to think of every, like, every specific, parameter yourself. You can do, like, a simple prompt as just interview me to set up a daily opt automation that optimizes my Google Ads account. And Mobi is gonna be smart enough to know a lot of the questions it should ask you. So here, I mean, it was a couple minutes of back and forth, but it's acting anything asking me questions about the primary business objective. Like, what metrics should we focus on to govern optimization decisions? What should the scope be of the automation? When should it run? Things like what should our, like, maximum daily, like, adjustments be. Mobi is smart enough to know what knowledge gaps it needs to fill to effectively set up something with your media buying. And so a lot of times getting something set up is as simple as just telling it to interview me and then fill in those gaps. So and, yeah, I mean, end to end, this process took like, I told it to interview me, and within ten minutes, we had something very, very specific tailored to my business, tailored to my media buying strategy in place to run. It says yeah. I I think the Mobi asking questions and then getting you to answer them is a delightful experience. I mean, I go through this all the time. It's it's. really great. Yeah. Yeah. I wanna be clear also when it's you know, when I'm answering these questions here, this is not you can always, when Moe is asking you questions, there's a fill in the blank section. But it's also just gonna give you, like, an option a, b, c, d that you can quick select. So you don't even need to think of, like, new customer ROAS, for example. It it had that for me as an option to easily select. So there's there's really just not a lot of lift required to, get all that context in. Yeah. And and this is, this is great when you're doing I mean, for a lot of stuff. But for setting up automations, I think, the best way to think of automations are, like, agents or super agents. The complexity behind what we built in automations, we've tried to hide some of it, but they are like, if anyone's used GraphBot or something else, they do look a little more complicated because they're meant to be able to do real work. I will show later in this, webinar an example of one customer that has over, like, six and a half thousand actions taken this month for them perfectly on Meta. And so it it does take a tiny bit of setup, but once you do the setup and you have the automation. running, it is basically like an agent that runs and does stuff for you. Absolutely. And then I see Ben in in chat asked, can we do the same thing for meta buying? Absolutely. Yeah. I I wanna I wanna emphasize here that what I'm showing, these are, you know, these are these are prompt inspirations that have, like, broader usage. Just because I'm telling you to optimize my Google Ads account here, it doesn't mean that you cannot tell it to interview you for a meta ads media buying automation or for setting up a weekly report. It's just a good tip in general to have it interview you if you're kind of concerned about getting all the specifics into it. This is something that you can, yeah, use broadly when you're talking with Mobi. Moving on to my last example before we, bring in a a customer who will talk about what he's doing with Mobi specifically. This is one other, one other prompt that I think is pretty unique, and shows off the capabilities of the Crip Oil platform. So this is for Google specifically. I'm saying based on the one hundred and eighty day LTV of customers through our largest Google Ad campaigns, recommend new bid strategy to ROASes that reflect the true value of purchases driven. So the big unlock here, this is the case on Meta but then Google especially, so many campaigns are optimizing towards a ROAS target. Now the question always then is, how do we set a ROAS target effectively that recognizes, like, the true value of the purchases that are being driven? And, thankfully, because Triple Whale has all of your business data, it has all of your order data, it's able to map back specific purchases to specific campaigns. It's able to fully flesh out not only the immediate AOV of customers converting through a campaign, but it's able to map out the LTV of customers converting through a campaign. So you can use that information to then more accurately set your ROAS targets in platform so that they account for the total value of the customers that are driving that the that they are driving, not just the first time purchase. And then the last thing that's really cool about this is that you can close the loop in Trivoil directly. Not only can it recommend to you what ROAS targets to adjust and what to set them at, but you can queue up the actions and approve them from Tribble Oil directly and have it implement in Google Ads. So this is, again, just one more use case where we're molding media buying strategy, media buying, like, targeting and structure with broader, like, order level data that is housed in Triple Whale. Pretty powerful, and it's gonna help you set up your accounts, more effectively in ways like this. Okay. Do we have any questions about all of these all of these prompts that I just showed here before we moved on? Can you chat that prompt? I would love to play with it. Yeah. I mean, we can send I'm sure we can send the prompts, all these prompts after the meeting, with the recording as well. David, this is also something if you have access to a Trevoil account already. This is something that you can easily put in yourself and start having a conversation with Moby. Yeah. We'll share all the prompts. We'll do that for each webinar too. We'll we'll make sure we share a little guide with the prompts, and you can just copy and paste them, throw them in Moby, stuff like that. Alright. Sweet. Let's see, let's see if Ryan's ready. I'll I'll check on him, and then we can bring him on stage. Alright. Sweet. I think he's ready. Alright. Let's go. I'll throw him on stage, and then we'll let's do it. Ryan. Move on to stage. Alright. Sick. Ryan, let us know if you can hear us. I think you're on mute, Brian. Hey. Hey, Steven. Should be let me see if I can. Hello? Here we go. I think yeah. You're good. you go. You're good. What's up? I like that. Good. It's great to see you again, Ryan. It is weird. I met Ryan earlier this week, and he gave me some really great feedback on Moby. So I was like, oh, Ryan, why don't you join us for a webinar? And that's how this came about. So, Ryan, why don't you why don't you start and tell people how you use Mobi today, what you use it for, maybe also a little bit about the brand and what you. guys do. Absolutely. So we are we're a sweepstakes brand. We give away vehicles. Every dollar spent on our website is an entry to one. And we've been on Mobi for or Triple Whale for, I mean, over five years at this point, I think. That's crazy. That sound about right? That sounds about right. Yeah. It's about as long as we're around. So that's about that's about. That's. incredible. Yeah. I mean, it's it's difficult to talk about, like, what we use Moby for because we use it for absolutely everything. Like, I mean, especially paid media, that's probably where we got, like, the biggest unlock with, like I mean, we're in the era of mass uploading creative, you know, thousands of creatives, whether it be through TikTok shop affiliates, moving that over to Meta. But, like, that is now all managed through an automation in Moby. Like and plus all the creative that's coming from our creative team. Like, this is all the way this automation works, which is this is what bought the most time for me back is this creative is going into a Google Drive, and Moby is scanning this every day and then uploading this creative onto Meta using historical performance of our top performing primary tags, headlines, descriptions, call to actions, and then it is scanning our website before that goes live to see if there are any conflicting points between them. And then after, it it it schedules it on a cadence that we set. And then it then takes all the creative that it uploaded and then puts it into an uploaded folder so it does not get mixed up with the creative that is, like, gets put in the next day. So, I mean, Holy moly. just one it Wait. that that's, one use case. you see so you map you say? that whole you map that whole that that's basically what you guys and I didn't know the extent that that was that's crazy. I think you're the most advanced user of of the Google Drive connector to to Meta. Actually, I know you are because I could see the the back end data in Triple Whale. Do you guys there are the yeah. It it it took a bit to map it out, and there were some, you know, things we ran into. Like, Mobi had to create the Google Drive for it to be able to edit it and things like that. But, like, yeah, I mean, it's been like everything we do is connected to Moby. And as we bought our time back from automating media upload, like, we're just taking it and applying it to different aspects of the business. Like, you and I were talking about, yesterday. We have all of our sorry. I got some of my notes right here. But we have all of our manufacturers in Slack, and Mobi is in each one of those Slack channels and is monitoring them daily, sending our on a biweekly or monthly cadence depending on what our sales are like or how many we sell of that product. It's sending them our inventory counts plus our thirty day average sold per day rate along with the ninety day to see if there's any, like, anomalies between them. And then it's letting them know when they can expect our next order and how many quantities it's going to be based on that, like, a ninety to one hundred eight eighty day product projection. And, like, that for us is the and then, I I mean, that's just. been invaluable for did you how did you stumble on that use case? Like because when we built. Mobi, we didn't think it's gonna help manage suppliers in Slack. Like, what did you guys just add Mobi to every Slack channel and then just like, how did that come about? I just I don't know. I mean, the more we started doing, like, with media upload and setting up automations to manage media, like, I just got so much of my time back and results were better than when we were doing it before that we just kinda started messing around. We saw the Slack integrations and all the other integrations and just hooked them up, and we were like, see what happens. So, like, another like, every aspect of the business is being able to benefit from Mobi right now. Like, our Mobi is in all of our Slack chats, and it is taking all pertinent information. We have an automation set up to scan it every day to look for tracking information, and then it puts it into this live sheet, which then updates it updates daily because it pulls the tracking information. But then it will every Monday and Friday, it sends to our company, like, what we expect for that week. So book shipments, sample shipments, and then alongside that, it sends to our finance team. Like, when are we coming up on? Like, what payments do we have coming up? What do we need, like, reserved for cash flow to pay off manufacturers and vendors and things like that? Like, we've it's it's really like, it being in our Slack channel has been, like, incredible for the business and has really, like, made us communicate better as a team. And it's cool to see, like, where other people would come to me and be like, hey. When when is this product showing up? Like, we need to, like you know, it's scheduled to go live on September 14. We don't have samples yet. You know, things like that. Like, you know, when you get the photo shoot campaigns, blah blah blah. But now they're just asking Moby. And Moby's like, hey. Sample shipped on this date. It's gonna arrive here. Manufacturers said this, and that's it. So, like, that is, like, an interruption out of my day that is now going towards that, which is just I mean, it's it's incredible. And it's right. You know? That's the best part. I love it. We spoke you also told you you guys have an interesting media buying strat. You wanna talk a little bit about how you guys because you guys scale into sales like crazy. Right? When. you wanna talk a little bit about that and then how Moby helps there? Yeah. So being a sweepstakes brand and a promotional brand, like, a large portion of our like, we're a back weighted, you know, revenue brand in our sweepstakes. You know, there's times where you generate demand and harvest demand, and Mobius really helped us realize that. You know, a lot like, we can make 30% of the revenue for an entire month long sweepstakes on the final day. Like, that is our day to go. And through setting up Mobi automations with guardrails, it has been able to help us maximize, like, our media budget cross channel on these or, like, on these days. You know, these are days where we're spending multi 6 figures a day on our ad spend. And we have these automations set up for things like, you know, every single hour, I want you to be looking at our acquisition and our top of funnel budget along with our retention, and I want you to be looking at where we can take big swings and, you know, potentially double, triple budgets as long as new customer return on ad spend is in line with our acquisition and last click is in line with our retention, all while monitoring our Google search ads and making sure that we're not losing due to budget. And then it just does all of this. And then send me a Slack notification every hour or two hours and let me know where you think we can improve and also, you know, continuously scan our sites for conversion rate optimization and, you know, what you think we can do to improve. And, like, just kinda doing that and, like, listening. We have been able to, like, maximize our revenue on our final days, which is also our peak profit day by, like, incredible amounts. I mean, we continue to grow year over year, double digits, and it's a large part of it is because of Moby. But not just because of Moby. It's because the tools that you guys have all built, you know, with like, the triple pixel and all these other things, you know, the attribution window. And then Mobius kind of just like the the the brain center that, like, uses these better than you would. You know, a lot of people say that, you know, like, AI is gonna take your job or, you know, it's the strategic mind that is using AI that's gonna take your job. Because, like, one of my favorite quotes is, like, willpower breaks, but systems don't. Like, these systems and these automations are firing whether you like it or not. Like, our Monday meetings are I used to generate a report for a whole team, and that has been completely automated. So when I come in the office at 7AM, it is done, ready there ready for me to review. It has total revenue, new customers acquired. It has, you know, top products sold, how many new customers bought each product, what's trending upwards, what's trending downwards, potential inventory stock outs, forecasts for the remaining point of our sweepstakes. And these forecasts aren't just like, oh, last seven days were this. Next seven days are gonna be this. It's looking back to 2018, and it's like, you know, looking back this many years and this many sweepstakes, you got on twenty one day timeline sweepstakes. You've done 86 of them. And at every single one, you know, you averaged at this point. So using this statistical data, we forecast that you are gonna be within, you know, this range. And it gives us a day by day breakdown on what we're, like, forecasted for sales. And I'll give you an example. Like, our and it gives you a baseline, downside, and upside. And our forecast that we got, we had a final day of our sweepstakes on Saturday, and we were within, like, you know, 10 to 15%. It's amazing. I mean, we this is like, we've worked actually two, three years in the forecasting models behind MOBE. We don't do nearly enough talking about it. We're gonna do a full on this is not this is not, or MTA data. This is using time series transformer data. So same same type of technology that goes into ChatGPT or Claw to train the large language models. Amazon and Google have very good models that use time series data, and we fine tune them on ecommerce data. And then, Ryan, and you guys can use them in Moby. You just ask for a forecast, and it will basically decide between these models and use them. And a lot more to go down. I don't wanna go down there, Albert Hall. I wanna ask a different question. We'll do a different webinar about the forecasting. Ryan, how was your day so so I'll do personally, for me and using AI, I actually find that although I'm gaining time back, I'm also losing time because I'm there's just so much more I can do. And I'm I'm actually working more, not less. I'm having more leverage, but I'm still working more. Are you finding the same how are you finding it affecting? Because to take media having fun. you're having fun. having love. that. Wait. No. Sorry to cut you off. Continue. No. No. No. No. That that's the answer. Yeah. I love that. I I I love that answer. I mean, I was I was up late last night using Moby. I was actually late this morning to a meeting with one of our board members, and I was like, I was just I was having fun on Moby. I got lost last night. And, and I I I I need my seven hours of sleep or else I can't think in the morning, and I get paid to think. Yeah. By the way, it's it's that true for every going forward. Right? It's true for everyone. Like, time time is as as is less important than how much you can think right now. Even though these models are smart, I think directing them and having the eight there's something missing about the models in terms of full on agency. And so I'm fully with Ryan. I actually don't think that people are gonna lose their job. I think that you will lose your job to someone that is AI forward. In that, I think it's just I think Ryan's a great example of curiosity. Like, honestly, like, exploring what these models can do, the the truth is we, the builders of this, don't even know what it can do. Like, I I I'm in a channel with OpenAI, and I was showing them something that our agent can do. And, like, how to do it? And I'm like, I actually don't know. And and it's just exploring stuff and learning. You basically will have someone you can interview to ask what it can do for you. Ryan, my my this is a question I keep on asking you. Like, how has everyone become Ryan in terms of using Moby? Like, what I think that there's you you gotta be a doer. You gotta just hop in and start doing it. And, also, one thing I mean, it's frameworks. Like, what do you value the most? You know, one thing, you can get money back, but you can't get time back. You know? And being able to, like, get your time back and work on different parts of the business that need attention is what grows a business. You know? Like, if I can set up it for something I do twice. If I can set up an automation that does that and then I can go and look at and fill holes in customer service by setting up automations there, like, those are the nonurgent things that need work that will grow our business and have you know, they've we track our cohorts and our LTV and our customer service tickets through Gorgias and, like, you know, it it really has impacted every part of our business. But, you know, bit of a long winded answer, but, like, to you just gotta try. You just got I I would recommend just connecting all of your tools to Triple Whale. You know, get on Moby and just give it a shot. Start asking it questions. Start asking even if it's something that you think that you can do yourself quicker than it would be to prompt it, start working that muscle of, you know, just having it do something for you. That that that agentic work. And then, you know, continuously, you'll realize that it's doing something for you that it would have taken you longer to do. And then it's kind of this snowball compounding effect. And then also setting up an automation to do that if it's something that you do twice. But, like, pushing the limits of, like, what it can and can't do, but just starting with something small and just, you know, experiencing it. I love it. Ryan, in terms of your so when I was buying media and I was spending 30 k at some my hey. The the most I spent was, like, 30 k a day, on Meta. Sounds like you're spending sometimes a 100 k a day. Those are very stressful days where, like, I remember being glued to my computer and, like, every five minutes refreshing the ads manager. Like, given that you have these automations, how does that, like, period of, like, high spend feel and look like? How is it different than it was before? It feels great. Yeah. I mean, it's like you have a you have a safety net. You have a team that is basically behind you watching it when you're not and, you know, I'll give you an example. We we have a this automation doesn't fire often, but it did. And it is I want to know if you know, send me a message in Slack if a creative uploaded into a CBO takes over 30% of daily budget and our new customer return on ad spend is below 1.2. If we get that message, then that you know, that could be a creative that is you know, it could be a number of things. It could be it's very engaging. This one specifically had a hook that wasn't, like, super on brand for us. It's kinda like a controversial hook. And it was, like, in it was engaging. The CPM was super low, but it wasn't converting. And, you know, now it gets into the discussion of, like, well, you know, is it feeding other ads in the campaign? Don't shut it off. Things like that. But so what we did was instead of shutting it off immediately, even though it was below our target return on ad spend, what we did was well, we did shut it off, but we shut it off and set Mobi up on an automation to test the lift or decline in results and then make the decision to turn it back on within eight hours. Now this wasn't specifically a final day, but, like, it found out that, like, even though that was below our target return on ad spend, our total campaign return on ad spend when it reallocated the budget that was going to that ad dropped by, like, 18%. So the theory of it was feeding the other ads was right. But, like, it was it was just way below what we would have what what we would have liked. But I, like, the love I I love? that you were able to answer. Like, that that question is always I remember I remember that question. Right? Is Meta is Meta doing its job? Right? Is always the question. And sometimes it isn't. Right? Like, we, we're gonna do better job at showing benchmark data, but, like, what we see from our from our data is Advantage Plus does very well up to a certain scale of GMV, and then it flips. better to manual. I don't know why that is. Is that because you better media buyers for larger brands or Meta hasn't tuned advantage points to be, like, the best for larger brands? But then, like, the ability to have an automation run and then ask it and then trust its answer because it did the data analysis that you would need to hire someone to do, that's that's a great use case. I love that. It's incredible. I mean, yeah, for the the the final day scaling, it's really it's just made everything, like, really better. Like, we see more it sees more opportunity. And, also, you know, when you're analyzing, you know, kinda back to what I was saying earlier, like, you know, the the the comforts of the world really showed everyone what's possible with, like, you know, mass creative upload into campaigns. Know, that's the name of the game is, you know, having thousand plus creative at you know, active in your ad account. But it's unrealistic to think that someone a single person's gonna be able to manage those and stay on top of them and identify early winners and segment into separate campaigns or identify which creative is best for bottom of funnel or top of funnel. So, like, you know, we have automation set up around those and also just, like, daily asks and things like, you know, how is performance monitoring? You know, is there anything we can do to improve? And it just gives you statistics and, you know, like, stat things that you would not be able to pull on your own. Right. How are you doing? So you're not are you using AI in your creatives, or is it is it is it is it creatives that you guys are producing All of our creative right stuff that we? produce. So we have an in house guys produce. how do you produce that much creative? Do you have an in house team? Yeah. In house team. A lot of our, they're shooting video all day long in the the vehicles that we give out, but then we're also doing, content through, Tribe, which is the affiliate platform. And then a large portion of our creative is just photos as well of our current sweepstakes. And, you know, taking a photo is pretty quick, so we could get 200, three hundred, four hundred photos, you know, a day. We're not uploading all of them. We'll segment them out, pick the best ones. But, like, you know, those are just being mass uploaded into Meta by Moby. What what what percentage of your budget is going towards creative production versus the actual paid media spend? Is it 10%, 20%? How much are you spending on the team producing the creatives and the tools versus, like do you know that? what we're spending? Yeah. Not much. It's much. yeah. Okay. Cool. Just. pay. just payroll. But, I mean, you know, it's not cheap. In the grand scheme of things, it's in comparison to what we're spending, it's it's a small percentage. got it. Got it. It it still is the biggest lever to move creative by by far. I think we like, although the knobs and and automations are great, great creatives at scale is is is the way to go. What Ryan's Yeah. talking about is definitely the key to to scaling your meta. Ryan, this is great. Thank you for for joining the webinar. This is this is amazing. Yeah. Thank you for the. time. Thanks, for having me. Thanks for thanks for building this. we're we're we're happy to help you continue doing the double, triple, quadruple digit growth every year. We wanna continue helping you to grow till we I don't know. Let's get you to a billion dollars in revenue. That'd be great. be that'd be cool. That'd be great. Amazing. Alright. Thanks, guys. Thank you. Thanks, Ryan. Okay. I wanna show here first of all, if anyone has any questions about that, feel free to ask. Ryan's a great great friend of Triple Whale and also a great operator. I wanted to show off, two or three things as well as relates to let's go here. Share my screen. So can I see my screen? Yep. Looks in. the mo in the mobile library, we'll send a link to this as well. There are different templates, but over here, you can start with the the meta templates specifically. So let's say, catch creative fatigue, a skill proven winners. And if you just click on them and click open in Moby, it will literally open it on your mo on on Triple Whale with the with the prompt, and you just run this, and Moby will start running for you. And so you can just grab these. These are just some examples of what you can do. And I think what Ryan so thought we'll send a link to this so you guys have all this. I think what Ryan said is also great. If you have playbooks today that you run, just write them down and then give them to Moby. By the way, this is Moby asking the questions as I showed. So this is one of eight over here. Okay. I wanted to show something else. So this is a brand doing 50,000,000 plus, and I wanted to show some examples of what they're running in production. I obfuscated that. I had Moby obfuscate everything. There's actually a a voice here, but I'm not gonna go over it. So this is the example of the rules that they have set here. They have an 8AM one, a five a five, and a 12PM one, and then they have a weekly report that gets sent out to them. And then these run this brand is doing over $15,000,000 a year, and they have been running, this for, I think, two months right now. And you could see every single action has an explanation of why it was taken. And then they have this account has done over 6,000 actions, as it relates to their meta. So that they are they are using this like crazy at scale to scale what they do, and doing very well with it, similar to to what Ryan did. And you can do this you can decide how hands on you are, hands how hands off you are. And we should have also we're gonna work on getting data to you guys across the triple l ecosystem. Does it make sense to be more hands on or more hands off? Whatever process you do today, Moby can do better than what a human could do or than any other agent can do in the world. And so I would say that's a good starting point. Not the ending point, but a good starting point. Yeah. And I think I think Ryan brought up a really good point about just, like, being curious. I think that's what the the people at Triple Whale and our customers, like, it starts simple, but then you you start diving deeper, and you just ask Moby what it can do. And you try different things, and before you know it, you're you're in the shoes like like he is where, you know, it's it's it's crazy what he's doing now. You can also start, like, with, like there's audiences. Triple Whale has the CDP. The CDP can sync audiences in. You can ask Moby to do that. Right? You can ask Moby to edit your you can have an automation around audience optimization, right, and look alikes. And Moby can look at all that and do the audience optimization for you. And then you get another one around, around budgets and bids. And and it literally I mean, you can also have one that forecasts your ROAS over the next week and then tries to day day trade. And there's so many different ways to try stuff. Literally take the ad account, write down all the things you guys do every day, and all the knobs and bells and whistles that you have, and just try different automations with them. I would say that that's a good starting point. You can also just give Moby, like, not Ryan, but Pete, which is gonna come out maybe next week. He basically just, like, gave Moby guardrails on, like, what it could spend and what its target is, Mhmm. and it's just like, just go for it. Just explore the whole space. Both both strategies are can work. You can either give Mobi a very specific scope out job, and it'll do exactly that, or you can ask Mobi to explore. It will also do that. I have automations that do any those both of those types of works. What do I recommend doing? I would recommend starting with something small that you can trust. And once you build trust, you start expanding that trust into, like, a place where, like, Mobi becomes an employee and not a tool. Yes. Mobi can upload different dimensions. So story, reels, feed, it has all that. You can ask it to do it. It will upload it all different dimensions. Yeah. It can create all the assets for all dimensions and upload them as well. Yeah. Yeah. And if you have trouble getting those into one ad, just reach out to us, and our our team can help you help with that. Yeah. We don't have a integration with Air yet, but maybe we can build one. Maybe let's see how many people have have an their creators in Air. Okay. Let's let's either wrap up or next. Let us, yeah. So next week's webinar yeah. We have we have we have a GitHub connection. We have a GitHub connection. You can use it. I actually use Mobi to push code to Mobi right now. So I I I prompt Mobi to build the PRs, send it to the team, make it reviewed, and they go in. Yes. It it can use it as context. So it can use it as context, or it can use it as, there or you can use it for development. Either way. Next week's webinar, I think, is going to does it read every context for every prompt with GitHub? You can tell Mobi. Mobi is an agent that you can mold. Right? So if you tell Mobi, hey. Before you do anything, build me a but I wouldn't have it go to GitHub every single time. That will take you a little extra time. And you can have it, like, read GitHub every hour, store it, and then use it as the basis of your memory and triple well. And, Keith, tell tell me how it goes. Yeah. You can build a second a second a sec Trying to do. this is a good no. No. This goes back to, to portability. This is true for Mobry. It's true for Quadco. It's true for codecs. It's true for every tool you use. The beauty of the smarter the agents get, the easier it is to port your work over. Right? So you can just ask Moby or ask Cloud Code. Hey. Give me all the important context. Right? And Moby will literally give you a zip file, and you can go to one of our competitors and use it there. But same was true for GrokBot or for Claude Code or Codex. So if you have context right now outside of Mobi you wanna bring in, just go to your favorite tool, ask it to give you that context, and then take it and upload it to your favorite next tool. And so, yeah, you can view. Mobi does have everything that you guys see in HQ or other tools that are around, like, brain building or context management. We've built a massively complex system for that. Like, whether it's skill promotion in the background of Mobi or or dreaming for memories, and and and team memories, individual memories, Slack channel memories, workspace memories, automation memories. Like, the system behind Moby, I think, is one of the most complex agents in the world. So whatever brain anyone's building outside could also be built inside, and and both those could be ported in this day of AI, which is pretty amazing. The thing that's not easy to port is your warehouse, your data warehouse, which is what's underneath Mobi, which is what Mobi uses to make the decisions. That's a little harder. I think the next webinar, Ethan, they will do specifically around more Google and keywords next week. And. then, so we're we're we're we're gonna have right now at least two webinars. We're thinking of the third webinar. One webinar around mobile general capabilities, one around a specific area of the business, and then maybe a third one around the specific vertical. So, like, Ryan, an example is that does cars, right, and car parts, and that's about the sale that they do. Like, I think we may also go into using Mobi for specific, like, for fast fashion. There's gonna be specific needs or for subscription brands and maybe specific needs and good examples of operators and what they're doing there. But, we'll see you next week if it'll be two or three, but I will be on each one of those. Joel will be here. Nathan will be here. I hope you guys enjoyed. Yeah. And then just let us know. Like, keep telling us what else. you wanna see, what kind of sessions you wanna see. It's good to get this feedback. It looks like too, like, we should do something around the brain, in more detail around how you can build that brain in Moby. So Yeah. Klaviyo. We're gonna we're gonna do Klaviyo also. I think maybe we can do Klaviyo next week instead. We can we can switch that up. Yeah. And. one more thing I would I I would suggest if you're, again, not to plug up what we're doing, but to plug it so you guys get the value out of it. If you're not on the automate plan, get a demo. I mean, you've gotten demos. If you've been here, you know what it is. You should get on it and then have Joel and the team sit down with you guys and help you guys set up your business for success or for more success than you guys already have right now. So hope everyone. enjoyed here. here's a here's a link here because everything that Ryan's talking about today, the automations, the actions, the stuff like that is is what gets unlocked in the automate plan. So I think what he said was, like, a great example of he's doing real work now, and Bobby's at the center of all of it. And and the automate plan is really where Bobby evolves from an analyst to to really just that center for getting work done. Oh, sick. You're waiting on legal. not. cute. We're gonna try to speed up our legal. I'm sorry. We we have a lot of large deals in flight. We will try to speed it up for you. Okay. Alright. Alright. Thank you a good. time? Bye.
